Stephano was a very soft spoken and friendly man who went above to make the purchase and experience very pleasant for me...I let him know all the terms of the truck I wanted before i got there without some t above to make the purchase and experience very pleasant for me...I let him know all the terms of the truck I wanted before i got there without some the extras and he made it all happen not being overzealous and pushy but did convince along with sales manager on vip package...the staff I talked to was also extremely nice and felt very comfortable there...I highly recommend this dealership and stephano cause both were very calming and at ease!! We really enjoyed working with Stephano. We never felt pressured or rushed. I would've appreciated a more thorough explanation of all the charges before I was presented with the price, but I We never felt pressured or rushed. Stephano and the sales team were very helpful with getting my purchase done! Ran into a snag with Indiana rules about out of State buyers needing a Social Security card to complete the sale. I also fo getting my purchase done! Ran into a snag with Indiana rules about out of State buyers needing a Social Security card to complete the sale. I also forgot my checkbook, so the max amount was put on my debit card. A concession was made to have the car delivered to Ohio and have the balance of the transaction paid when delivered. Finally got a new SS card, and the title arrived promptly. I would say the staff at this dealership will do everything possible to get you in a vehicle to the best of their abilities. Two thumbs up! More
