Sales and finance were great. Car prep was poor at best. Widows were filthy especially rear. They left the SRT pedal covers off and hid them in the spare tire area. I understand t Car prep was poor at best. Widows were filthy especially rear. They left the SRT pedal covers off and hid them in the spare tire area. I understand that the brake pedal cover is a xxxxx to install but at 68 years old I should not have to crawl under the dash and fight with this thing!! More

I have owned Chrysler vans since 1996 and spent most of a year looking for a replacement van since my current one was aging and I wanted something more dependable. I went to this dealer because they had a v year looking for a replacement van since my current one was aging and I wanted something more dependable. I went to this dealer because they had a van that I thought finally met my requirements. When I got there, the van did not have the features that I thought it did. My husband convinced me to custom order to get the van that I wanted. My local dealership offers several free incentives, such as free oil, changes, vacation, tuneup, etc. Obviously, I would not choose to drive 200 miles for a free oil change, but the dealership clearly knew they had to offer nothing because of their distance. I even questioned whether it was the right thing to do to order a van 100 miles from home was assured that I would get the same service anywhere. This is my fault for accepting this and moving forward , but the dealership clearly was dishonest and deceitful in their practices since they knew I’d be sacrificing dealer incentives. There was no review of available features prior to ordering, and there are features that I was unaware of until after I ordered. The morning after ordering, I requested paint protection be added, and was told that if they could not add it to the order but they would do it at the dealership when it arrived. When I picked up the van, they confirmed several times that the paint protection had been completed. Upon arriving home, I realized that there was no charge or documentation of the paint protection. Although unresponsive to calls and failing to receive return calls, perseverance eventually gets through. The dealership continued to insist that they had applied the paint protection but must have “failed to document” it and were unwilling/unable to provide it after the fact. After pursuing it for several months, the resolution would be that I would have to take it to a dealership, have van cleaned, paint protection applied, and pick it up later, therefore leaving me without a vehicle for several days. At one point this dealership offered to pay for the paint protection, but then denied making the offer on the very next call. The van is a vac and go, and the vacuum was not installed upon delivery. Seeming simple enough, I tried to do so, and was unable to get the hose through the channel. I’m now in the position of having to pay a dealership to install the vacuum. I will be driving to Mississippi in May and will attempt to schedule an appointment to install the vacuum on the way down since I hardly think I should be paying to have the equipment (a van feature) to be installed and usable. Let’s see how that goes. I would certainly not recommend this dealership and don’t look forward to having anything to do with them!!! More

We drove 3. 5 hrs to pick up a truck they said was serviced and ready to go. We get there and it's leaking oil. Air filter box was loose with dirty filter still t 5 hrs to pick up a truck they said was serviced and ready to go. We get there and it's leaking oil. Air filter box was loose with dirty filter still there. Several other obvious repairs were needed. They said they would fix and deliver the truck to me. Truck was delivered leaking oil and with the same oil filter. I marked said filter before delivery. This proves the service department obviously is screwing people over on purpose. I demanded my money back and returned the truck. I will never be back or recommend this dealership to anyone. BUYER BEWARE IS ALL I CAN SAY. More

BUYER BEWARE! !!! Purchased a used vehicle as an out-of-state buyer from Stephen Black - 76,000 miles on the car. Stephen did a good job. As part of our !!! Purchased a used vehicle as an out-of-state buyer from Stephen Black - 76,000 miles on the car. Stephen did a good job. As part of our negotiations I asked for a very detailed visual inspection to verify there was no rust in the rear quarter panels (common and particularly problematic for this model vehicle) and no dents. It was reported that there was absolutely no rust and 1 dent in the passenger door - which the dealership agreed to have repaired before I flew down to pick up the car. Upon picking up the car I found very clear rust in the rear quarter panel and a new dent in the fender. I asked the used car manager Steve to repair this new dent that was clearly caused while in his care and his response was "it's an old car it's going to have dents". 1 day after getting the car home it died showing signs of lingering massive electrical gremlins. I called the dealership with a fair request which was split the cost of repairing the issue 50/50. I never even the used car manager Steve a cost number, he told me I should have purchased a warranty and refused to stand behind the car they sold. !!!!Avoid this dealership for used vehicles!!!!
