When you inquired about the vehicle, we were transparent in letting you know it had just arrived and had not yet gone through our multi-point inspection. As with any newly acquired vehicle, it must go through a full service evaluation before final pricing is confirmed. Unfortunately, in this case, the inspection revealed the vehicle required additional investment, which affected the final listing price. That said, despite the necessary adjustments, we still offered to honor the initial quote of $27,695 as a goodwill gesture—even though your offer was $25,000. Our goal was to work with you in good faith and be as fair and transparent as possible throughout the process. We’re sorry to hear you chose to take your business elsewhere, but we appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you and wish you the best in your vehicle search.
