Stephen Lindsey was my sales representative and he was just great. For weeks, he would send me videos of the car(s) that I was interested in and waited patiently until I was ready to buy. And, as you ca just great. For weeks, he would send me videos of the car(s) that I was interested in and waited patiently until I was ready to buy. And, as you can only imagine, I was 10 miles from his dealership when my car started throwing codes and the Check Engine light came on. Needless to say, the car was in no shape to drive all the way back to my home in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Not only did he arrange a loaner for me to get back home (the Genesis I purchased wasn't quite ready), he also arranged to have my existing car trailored back to my mechanic. They have the BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! More

I had one of the most disappointing car buying experiences I’ve ever dealt with, and I would strongly caution any out-of-town buyer to think twice before doing business with this dealership. The sales process itself felt polished at first, but that quickly changed the moment the transaction was complete. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into frustration almost immediately. Within days of receiving the vehicle, serious issues surfaced that should have never made it past inspection. Instead of stepping up and taking ownership, the dealership’s response was minimal, dismissive, and frankly unacceptable for a luxury brand experience. What stands out the most is the complete drop-off in support after the sale. Once they had the deal closed, the urgency, communication, and willingness to help disappeared. There was no real effort to make things right, no sense of accountability, and no urgency to resolve the situation in a way that matched the level of investment made. If you are buying locally, you might have more leverage. But if you are purchasing from out of town, you are taking on significant risk. Based on my experience, once you leave with the vehicle, you are largely on your own. Don’t just take my word for it. Go read the BBB reviews, especially from other out-of-town buyers. There is a clear pattern of similar experiences, particularly around post-sale support and how issues are handled once the paperwork is signed. What should have been a great experience quickly turned into regret. The lack of effort, lack of ownership, and lack of follow-through completely soured what was supposed to be an exciting purchase. I would not recommend this dealership, especially if you are not local. More
