I knew I needed to buy a new car, what I needed in a car and how much I wanted to pay. Charlie suggested I look at the Volvo V60. There were 5 previously owned V60s for me to try driving. They met all of my requirements, so I decided on one and picked it up two days later. Steve Ploma gave me an hour long tutorial on all of the amazing electronic features on the car (most of which I forgot as I drove away - but there is an instruction book to read for review!). Anthony helped me sign my life away and was very thorough with the paperwork for out-of-state registration, etc. The Volvo team made this car purchase an easy, pleasant one and I look forward to their continued support should any problems arise or as service is needed. More

They went as far as to pick me up, 35 min away, so that I could get my car back sooner. Services were performed quickly. Car was washed and vacuumed for me (a pleasant surprise). Service manger, sales manager and my salesman all stopped me to say hello and make sure I was happy. More
