Stephen Wedderburn at Park Place Lexus Plano

Our family have been going to Park Place Lexus in Plano for over 5 years nows and there has been no other dealerships comparable. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Stephen Wedderburn by a referral from our exceptional service advisor Sina Sanaee. There are many reasons why we would recommend Stephen to any of our family and friends who is looking for a car, a Lexus, or both. Stephen is attentive to our every needs and is willing to go the extra mile to give us that deal. He also is patient when it comes to negotiating and is understanding when we need time to think about our decision. Not a lot of sales consultant that we encounter gives us that peace of mind when we are purchasing a vehicle. After finalizing the deal, it doesn't end there with Stephen like most other salesman. He would give us a follow up in a few days to see how we like the new car and if he could do anything else to maximize our dealership experience. The professionalism and courtesy of the Lexus Park Place Sales team especially Stephen Wedderburn and Kendall Richards. We have had 4 Lexus autos now and I recently switch to BMW but saw the light and came back to Lexus. Their is no comparison on the service and the manner in which they treat their customers. I was overwelmed by the customer service provided. Located car for my wife in Houston brought it to Plano at no additional cost. Other dealers were going to charge transportation. Sold car at invoice and even added window tinting and other accessories. Car was delivered when promised. Main reason for high rating is because it was all about Steve Wedderburn and Doug Klein making the us feel special and important. That kind of service permiates from the top down and is so appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend Park Place in Plano to anyone looking for a fine automobile.

If you want someone to treat you with respect, head to Park Place Lexus and ask for Stephen Wedderburn. He's by far one of the most professional car salesperson I've dealt with to date. As a matter of fact, I purchased my last 4 cars from Park Place Lexus (last 2 from Stephen). He is both knowledgable and approachable. Never did I feel pressured at any point in time. Complete undivided attention when I visit. The phrase "bending over backwards" would be an understatement if used to describe Stephen. I can honestly say that I've "enjoyed" my last several car shopping experience. In the past, buying a car (from somewhere and someone else) was like pulling teeth. His New Car Sales Manager, Patrick Jaccar was also fantastic to work with. I always felt the price was fair and the deal was great. With Stephen and Patrick, it's all about building relationships - not pushing cars out the door. Let's not kid ourselves, they have to make a profit. But to me, the past experience with them has been so good, I didn't even cross shop ANY other dealerships for my last 3 cars.

Having been a long time service customer of Park Place Lexus Plano, it was an easy decision to visit them when it came time to lease my wife a new car. As a service organization, they had continually demonstrated a level of expertise and customer service that was second to none. And, I'm very pleased to say our experience on the 'Sales' side of the dealership was equally as impressive (if not better).

From the beginning our salesperson, Stephen Wedderburn, was in top form. Through appropriate questioning, he accurately determined the vehicle best suited to our needs. He then proceeded to show us several models of that vehicles, allowed us to test drive them, patiently answered all of our questions and offered invaluable insight that was critical in helping us to make our decision. He then thoroughly (and very patiently) went through the various financing options that were available to us and expeditiously took care of the required paperwork to wrap everything up. The hand-off process to our finance manager was smooth and efficient and the sales manager stopped by to introduce himself as well. It was a very effective and appreciated use of our time. If you're looking for someone who will shoot straight with you and put your best interests at the forefront, don't hesitate to contact Stephen as he is a class act.

Buying/leasing a new car is not, in reality, a one-time singular event but rather the beginning of a long-term, potentially dramatically impactful relationship. I look for unmatched quality, not just in the vehicle, but in the experience my family will have as owners in the years to come. This was my first Lexus and based on the way I was treated by Park Place probably not my last. From the sales manager down to the finance managers I was always treated with the utmost respect. I never waited on anything. There was always someone with me during all phases of the introduction down to the final negotiation and sale.

Just purchased a new car over the summer but already had many miles on it. I was able to trade it in for a Sport model for not much more a month. I love the new car and was amazed at the ability to be able to make the trade. I will continue to always purchase my vehicles from Park Place Lexus.

When you meet Stephen he appears young but you find out he has worked for every organization within Park Place Lexus for six years. As a result he knows everything about the cars and how the organization operates. We outlined the car I wanted we agreed on a number out the door which include a 2007 Lexus RX 350 trade for a 2013 new RX 350. The car came in he had it all cleaned filled with gas parked it in the very front of the Park Place Dealership with a Bow on top so I could surprise my wife with her new car.

Oh it gets better I said we where going to dinner could we come back the next day and go through all the features of this new 2013. He said "are you ready" we can send someone to the house and they can go over all the features of the car connect the garage door and install the software so I can download addresses to the navigational system in the car. They spent 20 minutes helping my wife get her phone connected showed her how to operate the address book with voice commands got all her favorite radio stations programmed. She is now talking to the car less time talking to me (new feature).

Summary Park Place Lexus, Stephen Wedderburn my sales guy, Sina Sanaee is my service guy the most professional experience I ever had. If you don't believe me give Stephen a call see for yourself.

First of all, I have dealt with Park Place Lexus for the past 10 years. Park Place has treated us right. I couldn't say enough good things about Service Manager Bryan Martin and Andy Noyes. Both truly understand customer service and lifetime value of a customer.

Now, back to my recent purchase. I was fortunate to deal with Stephen Wedderburn. He was young, professional and we got along great. He would do what it took to keep me in the Park Place family, even if it meant showing me a used car more in line with my budget.

I would recommend Park Place Plano, and Stephen Wedderburn, to anyone.

I have been searching for a 2013 ES350 for some time and multiple dealers had told me that Lexus does not make the color combination I wanted. However Stephen Wedderburn researched, found it, and I ended up buying it from him even though I live out of state (VA).
