The buying process was great. No pressure sales which was nice. The process sort of fell apart in the Finance dept the second day. He was rude & annoyed because apparently the guy we worked with the first day did incorrect paperwork & blamed me for signing as though it was a cash deal. I came with my ore approval from Fairwinds so I had no idea it was "incorrect" paperwork. Eventually he calmed down but his attitude was the reason for the slightly lowered score. More
