Steve was very, polite, professional and knowledgeable about the new Challenger I wanted to purchase. I did not want to build and wait for delivery of a new vehicle. I came in a whim on a car I saw online. I walked into the dealership. Spoke with a sales manager, who hooked me up with Steve Blackmer within seconds. Steve was quick, efficient, and friendly. None of the ba dealership. Spoke with a sales manager, who hooked me up with Steve Blackmer within seconds. Steve was quick, efficient, and friendly. None of the back and forth. I spoke to Marvin, the pre-owned manager who was nearby as well. I had some concerns about the condition of the car, and Marvin and Steve said they'd get it taken care of. And they did! They allowed me to take it for an extended test drive, show it to my wife, bring it home and see if it'd fit in the garage. We had initially agreed that i'd pick up the car the following week, but I pushed them to pick let my wife pick it up that weekend. They got all the paperwork from the banks done, Got it detailed, and inspected for me. I didn't have to do anything else. I've purchased about 20 cars in my short driving career, I know how much time and effort it takes to get paperwork from the bank, the insurance company, and everything else. They were on the ball and efficient in a time where no one has time to spare. They were fantastic and very pleasant to deal with! I would definitely buy again from them. More

I could not of asked for better customer service under the circumstances of what we are facing right now. It went so smooth and so quickly that I actually learned a lesson on verifying options before selecting a vehicle when shopping on line. I have always had remote start and automatic trunk opening and I didn’t even check for all options because of how quick and smooth the transition was. I would definitely consider buying another car from Herb Chambers and recommending this dealership to friends and family. More
