Luis Rivera is one of the best service representatives. I purchased a new 2018 Camry last year. This was my third vehicle from Conicelli. I was told I would have a new representative. I was totally unhappy I purchased a new 2018 Camry last year. This was my third vehicle from Conicelli. I was told I would have a new representative. I was totally unhappy with that. I insisted on staying with Luis and was accommodated. He is kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. My husband is not the most pleasant man in the world and Luis was able to charm him. That says a lot. I love my service experience at Conicelli Conshohocken. Actually all of your representatives at this facility are a great group of people. You should be proud to have employed such a great staff. More

Nice stuff but completely overpriced repair cost. I had bought this Toyota Rav4 2011 model from Conicelli Toyota in 2014 with a price tag of aprrox 20K. It had around 22K miles when I bought it. Now a I had bought this Toyota Rav4 2011 model from Conicelli Toyota in 2014 with a price tag of aprrox 20K. It had around 22K miles when I bought it. Now after 2 years, it has 35K miles (less than 7K miles per year) The vehicle runs great but after purchase I had to spent around 400 USD for check engine within first 6 months. After repair my check engine light went on again in 3 days and they told me that this time it is because of the other catalytic converter. Once I argued, they did this for free. Today I went there for state inspection and they came up with Left Rear shocker issue and they charged 230 for labor and around 50 for parts. I had also requested them to resurface the front break rotor and change the break pads, so another 200 USD for labor and 63 for parts. With oil change, inspection and these 2 works I paid total 666.36 USD and 518.USD for labor alone. They called me at 1:32 PM (from 610 825 7128 to my number 484-868-7748) for asking for my permission to replace the shocker. I also authorized replacing the break pads. They called me once again at 3:42 PM letting me know that my vehicle is ready. So they had spent maximum 2 hours for actual repair work and charged 518 USD, which makes the hourly rate of 259 USD for labor and I consider it too high as per national standard. (as per Quora, the national labor rate for Toyota Dealership is between 80 to 125 per hour). That makes me unhappy customer because I am incurring cost on this vehicle again and again. More

Exceptional Experience! I was nervous regarding my first scheduled maintenance secondary to a prior issue I had with the initial purchase, but Mr. Bucher and Mr. Schamerhorn I was nervous regarding my first scheduled maintenance secondary to a prior issue I had with the initial purchase, but Mr. Bucher and Mr. Schamerhorn took good care of my car :-). The facility is well equipped, comfortable, bright, clean and spacious. Mr. Bob Calhoun was exceptional! He came out to reassure me I was on target with my visit and scheduled maintenance. Bob explained what was done at the current visit as well as the plan for my next. He also set me up with my next appointment and explained I should call to move up the appointment if I hit the mileage early, even noting the information so I would not forget. Mr. Calhoun provided me with outstanding customer service and I left feeling confident in the service department. I am deeply appreciative. I am a registered nurse in a cancer center with a large extended family who I help care for. It is rare when I am graced with the care and compassion I try to give to others. The responsiveness of both the service and sales department is enough to keep me as a loyal customer if we continue to build upon positive experiences like this! More

Service and repairs was FLAWLESS! So I had an appointment at the service shop for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I arrived a little earlier because I was coming straight from work. As soon as I entered the service bay, I was greeted very politely and professionaly. The bay where you pull in by the way is absolutely GENIUS! It's a huge 3 door bay with automatic doors upon entering and exiting where customers pull in. It's really cool because it keeps you and your car out of the outdoor elements. I was previously here when it was snowing out and in the bay was very welcoming heat so it is definitely got that going. The waiting room was very spacious with huge tvs and even a self serve coffee station which I used to endulge in some complimentary hot chocolate. They also have vending machines available. The restrooms were very nice and upkept. As far as the waiting time, it definitely wasn't more than a half hour before I was back in my car. The service manager himself came out to the waiting room and gave me the low down. Everything went well, and he even told me about my brakes which I had time still. If I had a con it would be the oil change price itself but even that wasn't terribly bad considering it is the dealership. I recommend this dealership. More
