Purchased over priced oil change deal, then was informed they would not honor the 2nd oil change because I had traded in the Jeep. No attempt made to compromise just informed me I am out $75. Not the first time with this particular automotive group over charged me. They own a number of dealerships in my area. First time they added fees for “shop supplies” when all they were doing was programming a car fob. I pointed this out to the tech and he insisted that it was just taxes. More
