The first time in a long time where I’ve gone to a dealership and was actually approached within 30 seconds of pulling up to the dealer with a staff full of nothing but straight forward honesty. Very rare do salesman tell the truth nor care to do anything to earn your business but I can confidently take time to right this review because that’s how satisfied I am with the entire dealership. I have bought many high end cars and themselves wouldn’t treat you the way sharmin I mean I am still mindful overall great dealer I was walk-through the service department after I pushed my vehicle. They made my first appointment for the oil change and just to make sure that everything is looking good. They also offered to wash my vehicle anytime I need to just give Sharmin a ring. I mean there’s nothing more you can ask for give it a shot. You’re gonna waste your time elsewhere anyway, I with full confidence you’ll be buying a car.. take my word for it I wrote this review right that must mean something. Good luck ask for Sharminnn!!! More

UPDATE: I spoke waaaaaay too soon. ..kinda. So... I brought my wife here in November 2023 for a new car because she was in a terrible accident and almost lost her life. She really wante ..kinda. So... I brought my wife here in November 2023 for a new car because she was in a terrible accident and almost lost her life. She really wanted an Alfa Romeo, and this dealership had a car with everything she wanted. First off, the staff was nice, but the saleswoman (Yaeli) was grossly misinformed about the selling process, and she didn't know what she was doing. The finance manager (Steven) helped her out and he was lovely, admittedly. He did his best to help her with the sale, but she messed up so many times that were just ready to get out of there. She tried to drill, yes DRILL, holes in my wife's bumper to add a license place holder. I had to tell her that the car provided a space for that, so she backed off. Another problem was that my wife's DNA system NEVER worked. It was reported to them before we left the lot. Yaeli told us that the part would be ordered, and this problem would be fixed. It's been over 6 months and they have not fixed the DNA knob, in fact, my wife was told that they didn't even order the part. They sold my wife this car and then completely forgot about us. If it were me, I probably would ignore it, but I have to hear about this almost daily. To add a little insult to injury, her electrical system is faulty, and her Bluetooth disconnects all the time. I had to convince her to pick her battles and only focus on the DNA problem for now. The saleswoman (Yaeli) is no longer with the dealership (no surprise at all). I will be looking to change my original review I made with this dealership and will report them to the BBB. After almost losing her life and being thankful she had a reliable car, my wife no has to deal with a car that has problems, and the dealership has done nothing to make this right. DO NOT BUY YOUR CARS WITH ALFA ROMEO OF NAPERVILLE. ORIGINAL: Yaeli and Steven are a dynamite team. There is no question that me and my wife will back. I know Yaeli and Steven went above and beyond to make this work for us. My wife loves her car and the experience for me was unbelievable. Definitely changed the way I look at car buying. More
