Slow to send info to bank and "lost" my special ordered car I special ordered a jeep gladiator at East hills jeep. After a few months (with no updates from my salesman) the jeep finally arrived in new jersey. We provided them all of the paperwork required by my bank which consisted of a simple form with just three things needed to be filled in and faxed to the bank. Nearly a week later I noticed no movement in the status on my loan, so I called USAA and found East hills never sent them the info. I called the dealership, spoke to many people and managers all saying they will look into it and get back to me. They never called me back. Finally the finance person we were dealing with was back in the office and sent it to USAA only after chasing him up. After the bank wired the money over, East hills arranged a date for me to come pick my car up. I arrived to retrieve the car and was told they "cant find my car." And that it must be lost in one of their lots or never left new jersey weeks before. This is after you take off from work and drive there. Now I am paying a loan and have insurance for weeks on a car the dealership can’t even find. Do your best to avoid these guys they cant even keep track of their cars never mind provide you a good service. More

Fortunately it was still under warranty and he was able to facilitate the transmission replacement stress free for us. East Hills provided a loaner vehicle which made the long wait tolerable. Jon kept us abreast of the approval process during the weeks our vehicle was there. We have been customers of East Hills since 2006 when we first worked with Steve DeSetto, and have purchased several vehicles through the years. Paper work was a snap. the car we wanted was at a storage lot that was closing soon for the day, I called Fred up, (personal recommendation from a friend in the industry for 30 years) and he ran out and met my son and I at the lot so we could check out the truck. I never felt pressured through the whole process of leasing my new Jeep GC . I did the paperwork via fax and next day my Jeep was ready for pick up . They had the new plates on the car plus insurance . Everything went easy and smooth . Frank connected my phone to its Bluetooth and I was ready to drive home in my new Jeep in less than a hour .
