My 2022 Santa Fe needed a transmission replacement which fortunately was covered under warranty. The repair was delayed due to the availability of the replacement unit. After the new transmission was insta fortunately was covered under warranty. The repair was delayed due to the availability of the replacement unit. After the new transmission was installed the technician discovered it was defective. End result was to order another replacement. The new transmission came in and was installed. Steve, my service rep made sure that the car was test driven to verify that everything was working properly. The end result is that the car is running like new. Steve took care of my needs and followed up with me on the status on my car. I appreciate the concern and attention to detail everyone did to insure that my car was repaired properly. Carlos the service manager also was very helpful in making sure that my repairs were done properly. Thank you everyone for all your efforts. More

Extremely cordial personnel with great people skills. Very clear about repair options. And fixed issue. I waited for the repair to be made. Unreasonable time to wait for the repair. Brutal wait. Beware that in what I view as immoral and slimmy, the dealership charges a 3% surcharge for credit card use. Insane for such a practice by a high-end dealership. Left a horrible taste in my mouth. I felt badly for the personnel there that they were forced to carry out such a policy set by the greedy owner. More
