Our Sales Consultant Steve Fillipone was a pleasure to consult about Toyota's automotibe line up but more inportantly he discovered what driving I do and what fits my needs. I told Steve that I needed a small car but roomy, great mpg but with a liittle zip and finally good value for our money. Steve recommeded a Toyota Corolla SE!! Great match for a big guy like me with a compact car!! Finally, car buying was made more easier with our Finance Director Tran Nguyen who made financing our car easy to underatand by discovering our budget and financial situation. We purchased a new 2017 Highlander, which has treated us great in the first week of using it. My past experiences of working with dealers made me believe all are solely focused on the sale and not the experience or service side of it. After showing Bredemann Toyota Park Ridge is phenomenal! I came in looking for a used car which I had seen on their online inventory the night before. After showing interest and providing my email I recieved a response email right away. The next morning, I responded to set an appointment to see the car in person after work. Upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk introduced to sales consultant Steve. Steve showed me the car, took for a test drive, and answered all my questions and more. This was my first time buying a car on my own. There was absolutely pressure and I was very comfortable throughout the whole process. After, I was introduced to Jesus for financing ,and that too was a smooth and timely process where all my questions were answered fully and explained. All in all, from the time I have inquired about the car the night before, to leaving the dealership I am very happy I chose Bredemann Toyota Park Ridge, and would highly reccomend to friends, family etc. for their great customer service from beginning to end. More
