First visit to service vehicle did not go well. Service was performed poorly and it was immediately apparent something was wrong. I was told, though, I couldn't return the car that moment. I would have to make another appointment to return the car and that it would be a week. I called the salesperson I bought the car from and he interceded to get the car taken right away. Service person I dealt with was both apologetic and efficient in correcting the problem. More

Jasmine was the best! !! Very informative and friendly. We ended up buying a new vehicle that day so didn't have to pay for service we were having on the vehicle we broug !! I am from Savannah Georgia and I came down with my daughter for treatments at Shands hospital and he treated me with the utmost respect and I was able to drive back to Georgia with a new vehicle and I love it!! I went into Jenkins Kia in tears. Literally crying. I had been in a wreck the week before and totaled my Nissan. I loved my Nissan. Nothing could replace it. My best friend talked me into trying a Kia. Price been in a wreck the week before and totaled my Nissan. I loved my Nissan. Nothing could replace it. My best friend talked me into trying a Kia. Price warranty mileage. But I loved my Nissan. I went there knowing I was not going to like anything. I bought a beautiful Kia Elantra gt. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. My sales guy Steve was awesome. I’m Probably the first person to come in crying about buying a new car. He was great. Financial was fast efficient friendly it was no stress. It took me a few days to totally love my car but I definitely love it. It drives amazing all the bells and whistles. Thanks Jenkins Kia. Thanks Steve !!! More
