After purchasing a brand new car I noticed that my windows were a bit rough going up and down. Royal Moore had traded with another dealership to get me this car and I don't believe the other dealershi windows were a bit rough going up and down. Royal Moore had traded with another dealership to get me this car and I don't believe the other dealership had stored it in an ideal place as the window tracks were covered in gunk. Despite the windows being brand new, something seemed a little off. I stopped by the service center and Steve took a quick look. He suggested it was still the break in period for the windows but did notice how nasty they looked after rolling them down and up a few times. He took the time to clean and lubricate the tracks on the windows when the porters had all left for the day. Now, the windows are working great. Seems silly, something I probably could've done myself but I appreciate his willingness to give it a look and clean them out to make sure my new Subaru is working like a new Subaru should. More

I brought my car in back on a saturday because my maintenance warning light was on and it was not reset when i brought it in for my new car's 1st service on wed. I was told by Steve that i would nee maintenance warning light was on and it was not reset when i brought it in for my new car's 1st service on wed. I was told by Steve that i would need to wait 2hrs to get my maintenance reset. 2hrs to wait for a reset? After i complained he took my car to get reset and i got the car back within 7mins. He wanted me to wait 2hrs for a reset that took less than 7mins. He needs to be checked if he is causing other customers wasted time for simple tasks on their cars.
