PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM RICART. THEY ARE SCAMS AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN CONSUMER CARE. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in October 2024. 5 days later the check eng RICART. THEY ARE SCAMS AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN CONSUMER CARE. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in October 2024. 5 days later the check engine light came on. I have took the vehicle back 4 times to repair and right now to this day the check engine light is still on without being repaired. Not to mention I had to pay $50.00 each time for a rental, so the vehicle still isn't fixed and I'm out of $200.00 for rentals along with $16,000 for the actual vehicle. Ricart has had my vehicle in service more than I have driven it and I can not find anyone to help. I have contacted EVERYONE. So sad!!!!!!!!!! More
