The Most Patient, Knowledgeable Expert, Ever! I really wasn't sure that I wanted to go through the car buying "thing", but then I met Steve ... WHAT A GUY! No, I am not related, just a very happy I really wasn't sure that I wanted to go through the car buying "thing", but then I met Steve ... WHAT A GUY! No, I am not related, just a very happy customer. Steve has the patience of Jobe; and I know this because I put him through the the wringer. Not on purpose, of course, just because I needed to negotiate the best deal on a limited budget. In the end, with Steve's help, I left my Sentra and drove away in a 2016 Cruze; although it is smaller than what I had, I am pleased with the car and confident in the dealership ... and I wanted to say a great big THANK YOU to Steve for all his help help! I very much appreciate it and I will always be back for more! Eve :) More

Best Car Sales experience yet These last few weeks we have been to quite a few dealerships within the Orlando, Cocoa beach, Palm bay and Melbourne area and had no luck finding a ca These last few weeks we have been to quite a few dealerships within the Orlando, Cocoa beach, Palm bay and Melbourne area and had no luck finding a car that would suit us, or we have got there and been put off by a sales person whos rude or doesn't know anything about the cars he's selling , and that they just wants to put you in anything and take your money and move on to the next person . We found Dyer Chevrolet website and the dealership was located in Vero Beach which is about 50 + miles from where we live and thought that we would go take a look as its got some pretty good inventory and the customers reviews are pretty good. Upon arrival and getting out of your car you feel comfortable as your not singled out or hounded by a sales person making eye contact and rushing over to get things going . As we got through the door Steve introduced himself and asked our names and shook hands which was pretty nice and asked us what we were looking for , we started off with a pre owned car , We looked around for a little and decided that we would go for a new one as the prices were pretty good. We traded in a truck and got a pretty decent trade towards our new car . Steve really did some work with finding us a car and getting us to where we wanted in price and payments etc. while looking for a pre owned vehicle We did meet Tom Coss who is very polite and helpful and not pushy , very nice guy. The 2 finance guys , we have been through a few dealerships in the past in the finance department and never have we been through one as fast and organized as this one . They can do it with there eyes closed , fantastic . Over all our car experience was great , Steve great sales man , he will make sure that you leave the dealership with what you want , but mostly happy. We bought a new Chevy Malibu me and my husband are very happy with everything and would give it a 10 + stars , but unfortunately it only goes up to 5. If you want a great car , with a great price and you want to come home without feeling stressed and frustrated and less than 15 minutes in a finance department be sure to shop at Dyer Chevrolet Vero Beach More

worst ever washing the truck the next day noticed rear bumper lower on left side than right side. also had squeak when releasing brake pedal. took to service dep washing the truck the next day noticed rear bumper lower on left side than right side. also had squeak when releasing brake pedal. took to service dept to have issues addressed and learned rear bumper supports and brackets damaged after being told never in an accident by salesman. steve. talked to salesman steve and he had to get with uc manager. steve called and had me bring the truck in again for them to look at the damage. oc manager refused to do anything to correct but i could pay to have "their" bumper guy look at it. i then talked to general manger that offered to pay for bumper guy to see if he could straighten damaged support and brackets' i declined as not comfortable with that repair as the structure stability of support and brackets would be compramized. i was very unhappy More

I visited the Dealership because I was driving a vehicle with over 230,000 miles and I was concerned about the drive back home to New York.
