Got my Venza from LA, but came here for first 5000 miles service. When I just tried to asked about my “second key fob” issued. (No response from the purchased dealer) They able to get me the 2nd key fob i service. When I just tried to asked about my “second key fob” issued. (No response from the purchased dealer) They able to get me the 2nd key fob in 2 days. online stating have to wait for unknow months…. Thank you ! More

The only reason why i ever went to the dealership was for an oil change... i like to chang my oil every 5,000 miles because its brand new... when they ask me what im here for when i pull up i tell them speci an oil change... i like to chang my oil every 5,000 miles because its brand new... when they ask me what im here for when i pull up i tell them specifically... Oil Change! out of the 6 times ive brought my truck in for an oil change they actuallly have only changed it 3 times! why!? why would you not change my oil when i specifically came in for one!? charge me extra i dont care ... but to ignore what i want done is absolutely garbage ... larry your dealership is a scam and half bro More

I’m going to give one star because my tires were not rotated, car was not washed, and the wait was over an hour and 30 minutes. Maybe they changed policy on service and a wash but not rotating my tires rotated, car was not washed, and the wait was over an hour and 30 minutes.
