Forgotten customer Didn’t touch car on date of appointment (7 September) despite having car all day. Did not return phone calls (four) and had to go to dealer to find ou Didn’t touch car on date of appointment (7 September) despite having car all day. Did not return phone calls (four) and had to go to dealer to find out they didn’t touch the car. Service to include AWD warning light, new key fob, and tire balancing. On next work day, 10 September (dealer had car over a weekend) diagnosed issue and requested I pay for parts to be ordered and would call when parts were in, around 3-4 days. I picked up the car, paid for the parts, and found tires were not balanced, something I took care of separately. After a week (18 September) I called the parts department to find the parts were in. I scheduled an appointment for 21 September to finish the job. Work was completed on time. When picking up the car I found the bill to be more than anticipated ($300 more). I paid the bill and asked to speak to the manager. There were multiple notices on the intercom for the manager as well as to have someone pull my car around. After waiting for 15 minutes neither the manager or the car showed up. I asked for the manager to call me and where car was located. Car wasn’t in location provided so got an unguided tour of the dealership before finding my car. Manager did not call but service rep did on 22 September. He was unaware of initial issue of car not being touched or phone calls returned. Did acknowledge issue with no return call on parts but said tied to a call center and said he made the decision on not balancing the tires. He didn’t understand the misquote on price and apologized for car pickup issues. Offered to provide a free car detail which I declined. After spending over $3500 in service at this dealer over the past two years, they failed here. More

Service brings me back! I have bought my last 3 cars here, service is why! Nobody touches my car but Matt my Tech, I get everything here even Tires, they have great deals! Treated as family I have been an Ourisman Jeep Dodge Ram customer since 2012. While I have received good deals in the Sales side it it the Service Department that keeps I have been an Ourisman Jeep Dodge Ram customer since 2012. While I have received good deals in the Sales side it it the Service Department that keeps me coming back. We return to the service department three to four times a year for routine service . When my wife and me arrive they know us by name and if only one of us shows up they inquire as to why the other. There is stability in personnel as well with most of the service writers being the ones I have dealt with since my first purchase. The pricing of the services received is fair and market price. I have never been overcharged for any service provided and they do all the services including brake replacement. More

Great Service I had a safety recall. Needed oil change and tire rotation, and a car wash. All the work was accomplished very efficiently and in a timely fashion. To I had a safety recall. Kudos to Steve Ritter who arranged all the service. Also talked to Kevin Gilbert who answered all my questions on my service plan and my vehicle warranty. More

Bad Customer Service! My car was towed to this Ourisman car dealership in Clarksville! It was opened! The following day no one called me! So I waited on Tuesday when I sa My car was towed to this Ourisman car dealership in Clarksville! It was opened! The following day no one called me! So I waited on Tuesday when I saw no one calling me! I called unsuccessfully! Then since I could not have Services on the phone, I went to their website to find out if I can connect to them! I finally talk to someone who recommended me to talk to Steeve Ritter. I called again and again and finally could talk to Steeve Ritter who told me my battery and alternator are bad and it will cost me more than $900 to replace them. On Wednesday I stopped at This car dealership and requested Steeve to conduct a diagnostic for my car he said he will and my car will be ready the same day! I waited for their call that day, then The next day, On Friday, I finally called and was told the car was not ready and to check at 6pm. Steeve was not there that day and my car diagnostic was not done. I am a black woman who does not know anything about mechanics and asked Steeve to take care of me! He really showed me all he cared about was my MONEY and could careless about my SAFETY! My Engine light is still ON! More

Our Awesome Experience with Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram My wife and I coudn't be happier with our new Pacifica purchase through Ourisman. My last Ourisman new van purchase was in 1971. I promised the deal My wife and I coudn't be happier with our new Pacifica purchase through Ourisman. My last Ourisman new van purchase was in 1971. I promised the dealership we would be back sooner. From John Treat to Justin Chenowith, the sales department gave us a great experience as we utilized the Costco buying program. Not only did we get the best deal as offered through the Costco program, we we given an additional $1,000 off on the day our Pacifica arrived from the factory. That was a pleasant surprise, and totally unexpected. John Treat went the extra mile and answered all my questions...even at 2 in th emorning! Customer service is his forte! Sales mananger Justin Chenoweth was so friendly in putting our new car purchase concerns to rest. He detailed every question I had and made my wife and I feel extra special! We search for the safest van in the market as we have twin boys coming at us in September and th Pacifica has the most technological safety features that will help protect our family. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
