I was called to see if I wanted to upgrade my 2017 Compass and was assigned to Cannon who was so nice.and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. I have been buying/leasing cars sin e my early twenties. i am now seventy five. i waited about two hours for the salesman to get financial info. He couldn't get a response from the people that held my prio i am now seventy five. i waited about two hours for the salesman to get financial info. He couldn't get a response from the people that held my prior lease. so he told me he would try again the next day, and essentially let me leave. what else could I do? This was a first!! The next day I came back and almost completed the transaction. It seems there was a prior sale on this car and the customers name was never cleared from it so I couldn't get registered as the owner and I was told to call him back the next week to get this done. before I could ask him about it he hung up the phone. I called for two reasons. I needed a letter for my bank, stating that I no longer leased the Cadillac( I am out of town an will be for two weeks) he told me to call back and ask for the person who did my financial paper work. I expected him to do it for me or at least transfer me to her desk! That didn't happen! i could never get back to him because the phones were not working correctly. He did try to call back for a few minutes . i never heard from him again. I also never found out how to get the other customer off the car tiltle so i could set up the U connect! I left a message for a call back from Joy. Never happened! also on the day of the final del rather than walk me over to the financial , he pointed the way. I found it! I love the car, but i have never had this poor treatment over the last fifty years of owning and leasing many cars , ever! More
