By far the worse experience at a dealership in my car buying lifetime. Josh was horrible to work with and made this the most uncomfortable, shady game, and biggest waste of time experience ever. He tells me they approved me at 17% interest and then tells me it’s HIS policy because he’s the “manager” that I can’t do outside financing. (Which was a lie). At the end of the day we get my interest down to market rate with someone with my credit. Which is all I wanted and my personal bank approved me for. I decided to continue with the transaction as I needed this vehicle for my business and there are very few if any vehicles like this available. If it wasn’t for my need for this vehicle I would have taken my business somewhere else and will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially Josh. Buyers beware of his shady “sales” tactics and hold your ground. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience with Josh. My sales guy Steve though was good. Last time buying a vehicle from suburban “Lithia”. More

We had one other car purchased at the dealership. And we were very happy with the salesman and service department. Which made us go back and shop for the Maverick. Steve Scarpazey did a great job.
