I was introduced to Steven Tercha and right from the initial handshake he was professional, informative, helpful, and made what can easily become a daunting task, an enjoyable experience. He said to not hesitate if I had any questions or concerns, and he meant it. He was always available if I needed to reach out. Not once was I given the impression that I was taking up his time. Through the entire process of building my Wrangler, to when it arrived at the dealership, he kept me in the loop with updates. Steve was extremely pleasant, informative and patient as we worked together to figure out how to use the Navy Federal Voucher. Steve walked me thru setting up the Jeep connect accounts and took the time to show me the features of my vehicle. Steve called to check on me a few days later and when I returned to bring the title, he was just as pleasant and engaging as when he sold me the car. Sometimes salespeople change demeanor after the sale is complete, but Steve did not. He is young, professional and savvy, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! It was a complete joy working with Steve! More
