When the car I ordered had to be converted from a 2013 model to a 2014 model (which was accompanied by a price increase), Mark Kweeder and Steve Wall saw to it that I did not have to bear the price increase and I paid the price I had contracted for. Their honesty and integrity is impressive. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years from many different dealers and the folks at Miller are now at the top of my car buying experience. First off, I want to thank FORD for giving me the chance I so desperately needed to start my good credit standing. Travis and Melissa Miller worked very hard with FORD to get me the credit terms I really needed. I really appreciate them going to bat for me and placing me in a brand new "2013" Ford Focus. I LOVE IT! Also, being a single mom and working two jobs I have piece of mind being on the road at night in a safe vehicle. The comfortable and style of the vehicle is terrific! I really liked doing business with Miller Ford because it was a totally different experience than any other. Their "no pressure, no hassle policy" and family-oriented attitude made me feel extremely comfortable. I also enjoyed working with Preston, "the numbers guy" he explained all of my financial responsibilities and answered any and all questions that I had regarding the financial end of my auto agreement, when I placed my signature on the documents I really understood what I was signing. The salesman,Steve Wall complete gentleman, not to mention he gave me and my children three additional hours over and above his work schedule - that's right he met me and delivered my automobile when it was convenient for me and it did not interfere with my work schedule. I am not a very "technical" person, and after trading in a 1999 auto a 2013 was certainly going high tech according to my standards; however, Steve hooked up my bluetooth and showed me every gadget in great detail about my 2013 FORD FOCUS! Everyone was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to do everything they could to help me with getting a vehicle. Rose in the finance department is great also, she and Stephen together worked on several pre owned vehicles until they found the right one for me. Stephen knew I had no money to put down, my price range and my preferences and he truly went above and beyond. I honestly did not know what to expect the night that I had came into Miller Ford, I am and will continue to be a Miller Ford customer 100% They truly had made me feel good about purchasing my first car. We live in Cherry Hill, but we drove to Lumberton to Miller Ford based on the recommendation of our son who has purchased his last 2 vehicles there. We went that afternoon and were helped by Steve Wall and also the office business manager, Rose Principato. We found the car that we were very pleased with and were pleasantly surprised that the entire transaction could be accomplished that day, saving us a trip back. We leased a 2013 Ford Edge and we love it. Thanks to all at Miller Ford. More

Steve was extremely friendly. He did not pressure the sale. Allowed my wife and I to test drive the car and then discuss it. We ended up leaving the dealer as i was not sure I wanted the car. During that time, Steve did follow up with a phone call. Still no pressure. Offereed to search for the car I had in mind. After thinking about the car, my wife and I returned to purchase the car. Still no pressure from Steve or the Finance Manager. They gave me my number on my trade and an excelent price on the new car. The thing I liked the most was there was no running back and forth trying to come to an agreement. They came out of the gate with a deal I was happy with and was within my predetermined comfort zone. Steve had the car cleaned and prepped and we took the car that night in less than 3 hours from the time I entered the dealership, looked over the car, came to an agreement on price, and signed all the paperwork. Based on previous car purchases, this was extremely fast. I would buy from Steve again and recommend him to others. My entire experience was excellent and would definitely return to Miller Ford when it comes time to purchase again. More
