Steve was great, made me feel at ease, extremely helpful and walked me through it all keeping within my budget. Weeks later a follow up call from Steve shows me he cared and he came through with a cable I was looking for.Excellent service. I would recommend Steve Warren and the whole Colonial at Medford staff. Friendly, not pushy and extremely easy going. They definitely will have my business for years to come. Thank you Steve! More

Steve Warren was so helpful with assisting me on buying it. there wasn't any pressur I bought Jetta GLI last week and I'm more than happy I bought it! Steve Warren was so helpful with assisting me on buying it. there wasn't any pressure like most salesmen have. I also worked with Matt Davenport as well. both were amazing and they saw me instead of dollar signs. the atmosphere was just simply perfect. by far this is the best place to go. I would buy another car from there in a heartbeat, if your looking for down to earth salesmen this is the place to be!! More
