Mr. Cherubino is awesome, no matter what time of day it was if I had a question he would answer it. Buying my first car with Mr. Cherubino was awesome! he made me feel like I was his best friend made it so easy. He's a good sales representative, specially when he was dealing with my parents. When he explained everything life was peachy.

After doing much research on different dealerships, we opted on making a purchase at Colonial VW of Medford. Our salesman, Rob Cherubino, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable of the car we were interested in. The financial person we dealt with, Kaser Teebagy, was just as helpful and friendly as our salesman was. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking. Excellent customer service. Bill Burns,the sales consultant was very professional and accommodating. He made sure all my needs were taken care of, was very detailed and patient when going over the features of the car with me. Went there on a Sat and my new Passat was ready by Monday. Jason Giacoppo, the internet sales manager also helped me get a great price. I had a very pleasant experience at Colonial VW. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Bills Burns is a great salesperson. He told me the advantages of buying a volkswagon and some disadvantages, such as he doesn't recommend an automatic start because volkswagon's wiring is so intricut and is complicated to install, which tells me that he is honest and doesnt want me to somehow be unhappy in the future with my purchase I did not feel pressured at all. He did not call me twice a day like other dealerships did, in fact I think I was the one calling him asking questions and he was very knowledgeable. We also shared some personal stories and kept the conversation light. Bill is easy-going, friendly salesperson. He lets volkswagons sell themselves. I loved my experience at Colonial Volkswagon, and I hope to see Bill there during my oil changes.

By far the best experience I've had in Massachusetts, Greg Cohen is simply the best sales consultant, he takes care of you in every way and he makes sure you get the most out of your money, this has been the third car I buy from Colonial VW Medford and I'll keep coming back. On top of the great service they also acknowledge customer loyalty and they know you by name, no waiting times, everything is a breeze, this is my definition of an amazing customer driven car dealership

Been searching for a car for the last month or so just happened to drive a friends VW Passat and loved it! I visited Colonial VW on a Saturday and went no further. Had a great experience with Jason & Mark very friendly, professional guys would recommend them both to all my friends.

I was searching for a 2013 GTI Autobahn for my son and came upon Colonial via an inventory search on VW.com and I'm glad I did! From the initial experience with Jason (internet sales), where he quoted me a fantastic price to follow up details with Stephen Gill (dealership sales). The total experience was like nothing I have ever been exposed to at a car dealership! Stephen Gill was extremely attentive and informative; his easy-going, no-nonsense style, should be the model for all car salesmen! I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Colonial in Medford. I'll definitely be back and dealing with Stephen Gill.

Initially I started working with Greg Cohen to return my leased vehicle and possibly lease a new vehicle. He continued to say he was trying to "help me out" but in fact was charging me a rediculous amount of money for the damage to my lease as well as giving me a poor deal on a new lease. He moved the same figures around in different configurations and was not up front about the cost of my lease damage. I decided to buy and returned to the dealership asking about new monthly APR specials of which he reported there were none. Once I did some research I found that there were in fact APR incentives on the vehicle I was interested in. At this point I was moved to working with Jason.

Jason Giacoppo was even more aggressive and rude than Greg Cohen. He was completely dishonest on multiple occassions - although asserting that he was very upfront and honest. At one point he said he would take me to a body shop to prove the cost of my damage and after working this into my weekend schedule, told me that would not be possible that day. I still planned to come in to discuss their best offer on the new car and when I told Jason I would be comparing his price to another dealerships offer he refused to meet with me or give me a quote. I have not been treated so disrespectfully in my life and I will tell everyone not to go to Collonial VW of Medford.

I am quite thankful that this all happened in the long run. I was able to get a fair deal on my trade and good price and apr at Minuteman VW of Bedford. They all were respectful, polite and fair. It is a shame that dealerships treat buyers so poorly at times.

Whole team was great, friendly, experienced, honest and easy to talk to. Didn't even feel like I was at a car dealership. Even better, they managed to get me a better interest rate on my loan than my own bank.

My father bought a 2012 Passat from Colonial VW of Medford last year, so when I said I was looking to buy a VW as well, he suggested them since he said they had the best prices and service of the half dozen or so dealers he had visited. I knew I wanted a 2013 Jetta TDI as I've been looking into VW's TDI models over the past several years, and I knew exactly what I should pay for it. From the beginning, Mike was very honest and up-front about the pricing and I was given a very fair deal. I'm very happy with my car and felt the buying experience was very open and relaxed. Just as I was recommended Colonial VW of Medford, I will certainly recommend it to others looking to purchase a car.
