David Jarvis was very helpful and steered me in the right direction. At first I thought I wanted a Jetta, but I ended up with a Tiguan. He was honest about what was included. The gas milage was better than I expected, and it met my needs for space. Overall I felt that they treated me very well as a woman.

Just bought a new Passat at VW Colonial Medford and the service could not have been better. After having a terrible experience at a different dealership, we went to Colonial expecting the same treatment. We were very wrong! From our first phone/internet inquiry up to the day we left the dealership with our new car, we could not have been treated better! Jason was amazing, as well as Anna, that found us the best financing options. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new VW. Worth the drive if you don´t live close, like us!

My Review of Colonial Volkswagen of Medford:
I worked with Rob C. and had nothing short of a fabulous experience here. I went back three times to test drive the Passat and the Jetta and he never got frustrated with my inability to make a decision! Ultimately, I chose to lease a 2012 Jetta SE based on the lease payment price. Rob and Anna worked with me relentlessly to get my payment to a price that I was comfortable with. Not once did I feel pressured to sign papers, cut my 15-20 min test drives short (although if I had wanted to take a shorter route it would have completely been my decision), or feel rushed out of the dealership because they had closed 20 minutes ago. Even though Rob is one of the younger salesman that I met with in all of the dealerships I went to (Herb Chambers of Burlington, another Honda dealer, and a Nissan dealer in Medford) he blew the others out of the water in terms of customer satisfaction, politeness, knowledge of any VW vehicle (other salesman I worked with couldn't even tell me if the back seat folded down and they expected to win me over?), and pretty much anything else I asked. Rob follows up with phone calls or text messages, carries himself well and respects those that he works with, and isn't pushy - which is what won me over in the end. I'd recommend this VW dealer to anyone who's looking - a fabulous experience for something that is normally so stressful!

Robert C. our salesman was fantastic! He was VERY knowledgeable and very professional. We visited four different dealerships and spoke with a lot of salespeople, he was head and shoulders above the rest. He got us the right car at the right price. It was a no hassle experience from start to finish, even filling out the paper work with Anna who made sure we did not leave any old records in our trade in car in case of identity theft.

My Review of Colonial Volkswagen of Medford:
I went to VW looking to lease a new 2012 Passat, I was received by Rob who was more than just a sales person, he was more of a friend, going to every effort all in order to make me feel comfortable with my car hunt. He walked me through every car I asked about, he gave me an idea of what I need and what might work for me and honest to god NO pressure, he wasn't one of those annoying sales people who bug you each and every day asking when your coming in like they own you!! As picky and annoying as I was with all my questions, Rob responded to my every need with patience and a smile. I was looking for a certain monthly lease and i didn't see my self buying a car and I was wrong, Robby made it happen with the help of lovely Anna, their financial mastermind. Now I'm happy with my Passat. Thanks Rob!

i found myself buying a new car at vw of medford just purchased a passat tdi so far i love the car and the process of buying a new one was easy. Mike kingsley and Anna made the experience great so if your thinking of buying a new vw check out colonial in medford good times really do roll.

My Review of Colonial Volkswagen of Medford:
I would like to strat off by saying that out of all the various makes and models of cars i've owned this by far has been the most pleasant and easy going. Rob is an extremely knowledgable salesman and is an all around great guy. I was very impressed about every single detail Rob was aware of from my GTI, how it compared to other vehicles, the vehicle safety features, it was a really good experience talking to someone who represents their product so well. Well mannered and professional are two words that stick out for Robbie, he has a bright future ahead of him and has a good head on his shoulders. Salesman like him are truly one and a million and am glad he helped me choose this fantastic little car. Even on my way home i got a few thumbs up, and later on during the evening as i walked back to my car from the supermarket a gentleman was standing next to it and started asking me questions about the car, i totally recommended you Rob, no worries :) Overall, this has been the best sales experience i've had while purchasing a vehicle, speak to Rob and he WILL go the extra mile for his clients, he even came to pick me up! PURE CLASS, TOP NOTCH STAFF!!

Rob was such a big help and made my experience that much better. My grandfather usually goes into a dealership expecting to put up a fight but he had no chance with Rob! haha. Never mind everyone else in the sales department, they were all great and I will deffinatly recommend you guys. I wanted a white 2012 Jetta with a moonroof and they found me one. I couldn't be happier with my car!! :)

My Review of Colonial Volkswagen of Medford:
I recently purchased a Jetta from Colonial VW of Medford. The overall experience was exceptional. The individuals I worked with were genuine, and passionate about their job.
Jason, the internet sales manager, was very attentive to my initial needs, and found me a car that suited my needs. He then referred me Greg Cohen, the sales consultant.
Greg took me out for a test drive, and detailed the various features of the car displaying expertise and passion about autos. Not once did I feel pressured to buy the car. Greg informed me of Colonial's large inventory of cars (thanks to their 2 sister dealerships), and let me know that my car would be available within 2 days.
When I came back to finalize the purchase, Greg took me out for a second test drive (this time with my car), again answering all my questions with genuine enthusiasm. We negotiated a deal that included a trade-in without the typical back-and-forth gimmick with the sales manager. Greg was honest about what he could offer, and we came to a agreement within 5-10 minutes. To sum it up, this was an exceptional car-buying experience that I would recommend for anyone buying a car !

My Review of Colonial Volkswagen of Medford:
My husband and I leased a 2012 Jetta from Al Abramson today. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely friendly, helpful, personable and considerate of our infant son who was shopping with us. I did not make it easy for Al as I negotiated the price of the car, but he was patient and eager to make the deal happen. We came to a good agreement, and he made it his goal to get us through the paperwork process as quickly as possible given our son's growing impatience. Everyone from the sales department through the finance (Anna) made it a smooth enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Al and the team at Colonial to anyone looking for a new car.
