My grandma has leased 10 accords from Roush and wanted to lease a cr-v, they pull it out the the showroom for her to test drive and the come back and say it is sold, all the salesman wanted to do was sell he lease a cr-v, they pull it out the the showroom for her to test drive and the come back and say it is sold, all the salesman wanted to do was sell her another accord that day, not tomorrow not next week that day, and he was overall very rude to my elderly grandparents More

I have been a Roush Honda customer for 36 years. During that time I have purchased 7 cars with the most recent being a new Passport. As usual, everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. The transaction was up front without any pressure and minimal negotiation. They expedited prep and detail so I could take delivery that day and they even took care of transferring my plate registration. Everything was completed and I left totally happy and satisfied in less than 3 hours. More
