Horrible Customer Service My wife called like 20 times and nobody took the phone, the car that bought a 2016 chevy cruze has given me a lot of problems besides that it has 4 re My wife called like 20 times and nobody took the phone, the car that bought a 2016 chevy cruze has given me a lot of problems besides that it has 4 recalls and we have called and nobody answers until the other days the car did not turn on and I had to look for a tow to take it to the dealer, besides that the car has mold inside due to the humidity that it has inside one of the recalls and they do not want to give me a new car and I do not have the fault that my car is like this and not I think to take my daughter in the car with those conditions and to top it off they told me that with respect to that humidity they will do the best, REALLY !!!. What lack of respect More

The worst service in the planet !! Its been a nightmare bringing my 2013 Chrysler 300c to Miami lakes Chrysler dealer there mechanics couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car they Its been a nightmare bringing my 2013 Chrysler 300c to Miami lakes Chrysler dealer there mechanics couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car they sound lost and unsure its been 2 weeks my car is at there shop collecting dust and with a bunch of rookie mechanics worker that they can't tell me if the cars having electrical or mechanical issues it feels frustrating bringing my car to the dealer where they service Chryslers and they don't know what wrong with my car I mean it's not like I took my car to jiffy lube to fix, if the dealer can't fix then who!!! So for anyone considering this dealer think twice before bringing it for service your in for a huge surprise better off taking it to planet Dodge much better and well trained mechanics and great customer service I mean my whole family and friends drive Chrysler and Dodge vehicles and they warned me not to bring it here instead they take it to Planet Dodge !! Well I learned my lesson folks never again will Miami lakes automall catch me here for service or buying my next 2018 Chrysler 300c !!! More
