I was interested in a redesigend 2022 Mitsubishi

I had beed going back and forth with Steve Jaquez for 3 weeks via email about coming in to see the vehicle. I went to see Steve on 7/26 and we looked at various models and he directed me to a 2022 Mitsubishi SE with Tech and Groud Package.
I purchased and drove SUV home on 7/27...the rest is history.

I guess my biggest issue is the alternator is bad, the vehicle battery was to small, and the catalytic converter is bad, and rattling really load. I wrote you when I had less than 400 miles on the vehicle, and as of now I am still under a 1000 miles.. You also said I had 6 months and 6000 mile warranty and for some reason its no where in my paperwork. You showed my wife and I both the warranty at your desk. I told you I was okay with fixing brakes and tires myself, but didn't know about the other issues. I guess if the signing of paperwork didn't have me waiting over 2 hrs., and it wasn't getting late, I would have spent more time looking over the paperwork I signed. Also, I was really disappointed I ran my capital one approval prior to making a 5 hour trip at your request for a GMC Canyon. You said you would get a confirmation, and the truck would be waiting for me when I arrived. It was there, and after I test drove the vehicle and was getting ready to sign for it, I was told it was just sold to another guy. I even received notification from capital one that the pre-approval was authorized before I even left my home to go to NJ for the truck.

You sent me an email wanting a rating last week. I said it wouldn't be fair to give you a rating because of some issues, and I addressed them in an email last week. If you were going to help me out as you stated below, you would have done it already. Today, I get another email, and I finally decide to give you a rating, and all of the sudden you can answer me.. A 10 minute test drive did reveal some things. Brakes were one of them, and tires were the other issue I notice, and I agreed to fix then. But A bad catalytic converter isn't an easy to detect. We all know engine codes can be reset and it can take 100's of miles to come back on. So a 10 minute test drive wouldn't diagnose all conditions. 500 CCA battery that was dated April this year and placed in the truck is not sufficient for a Nissan Truck, and the surges in the alternator may have been caused by the under amperage of the battery. Being that the vehicle won't pass emission inspection due to the catalytic converter, I will now write the Attorney General office in NJ regarding the emission test and see if I have a case being the emissions inspection is taking place in New York, even though the law is written for NJ. The law states When selling any used vehicle to be registered new and used car dealers are required to: (1) make sure that the vehicle can pass emissions inspection; (2) perform or pay for any repairs necessary to pass (emissions) inspection without charge or return the full purchase price to the buyer unless the buyer.

It was brought to my attention that you had some concerns with your vehicle , 1st thing you inspected and test drove the vehicle and was very happy with everything, i did say you have 6 month warranty which is powertrain only . your battery , catalytic converter nor the alternator would be covered under that warranty. when you arrived and met me it was the first time we spoken to so i was not the one to bring you to my dealership on the GMC which I did have available on my lot, unfortunately the vehicle had a pending deal on it which was out of my hand , just because you ran your credit with capital one and you were pre approved , that does not hold the vehicle for you. If you would've of called me like you did when you had the questions about the wheel lock i could've found a way to help you, i highly think the bad review was unnecessary since I went over the top making sure you were happy .

I've contacted you, the dealership and you refuse to give me a straight answer about where my title and registration is. You failed to provide vehicle license plates, title and registration prior to the expiration of the temporary title and/or registration; It's been 60 days and you ignore my phone calls or say you will call me back. I have reason to believe that you the dealer has willfully failed to apply for my title and registration. August 1, 2021 I my temporary tags expire and you state you can't issue me another temporary tag. You have breached the sale of the contract, and are forcing me to rent a car. If this is not resolved by the 1st of August I will start legal proceedings, and once I start I will not stop until it's over.
