The "REAL" way car buying should be!! The car buying experience from Hyman Bros. has been nothing less than AWESOME! I was in the market for a particular vehicle (BMW X5). There were ma The car buying experience from Hyman Bros. has been nothing less than AWESOME! I was in the market for a particular vehicle (BMW X5). There were many dealerships and vehicles to choose from but the staff at Hyman Bros., specifically Steve and Jimmy, ultimately 'sold' the car. Initial contact with the dealership was amazingly prompt. A request for vehicle information was initiated on the website and within literal minutes I was contacted by the most knowledgeable, attentive, and professional car sales staff (Steve) that one could/would ever be able to find within the industry. He listened to my concerns, e.g. financing; the vehicle that I was interested in; and the logistics of it all ( I was located over 100 miles away), and facilitated the most amazing vehicle purchase transaction that I have ever experienced. I was basically able to purchase a vehicle with a few clicks of a mouse and a phone call. The experience alone was worth the short drive to take possession of an extraordinary vehicle. Thanks Guys! Can't wait to buy again! More

Fantastic People & Experience I located the car I wanted through Carguru and contacted the dealership. The next day, a salesman named Steve contacted me about the car. My husband and I went to look at the car, but ended up buying a different car. Steve and the rest of the staff we so friendly and willing to help us. I was driving my car home the next day! No hassles and they even gave us a good amount on our trade-in. We were so pleased with them, that we went back to Hyman Brothers a couple of week later and purchased another car from them! We even drove the car home the same day! I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE!! More

Steven Sommers at Hyman Brothers was a breath of fresh air! I was recently in a bad wreck and totaled my car. With little time to shop around, and all too used to the hassle of buying a car, I was very hesitant to start looking. Steven was a breath of fresh air. Not only did he help find me the exact car that I wanted (Saab convertible), but he was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Through every step of the process- from test drive, to financing, to delivery, Steven was a part of it. So many times you are handed off from one person to the next and completely confused. With Hyman Brothers and Steven, the experience was actually enjoyable! I completely recommend Hyman Brothers and make sure to ask for Steven Sommers when you arrive! More

Excellent Dealership I was in the market for a used C6 Corvette Convertible with low miles , Hyman Bros. had the exact vehicle I was looking for.I was extremely nervous bu I was in the market for a used C6 Corvette Convertible with low miles , Hyman Bros. had the exact vehicle I was looking for.I was extremely nervous buying a car sight unseen but ; after reading all the great reviews it made me feel a lot more comfortable doing so. I called and spoke with Steve Summers several times over the phone , he was patient and explained the process in detail. I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. The process was very easy and simple , a week later the car was delivered as promised. There was a minor imperfection so I called and spoke to Steve and Haywood Hyman , they assured me that they would resolve the issue in a way that made me feel comfortable and convienent for my hectic schedule . They did as promised and corrected the issue to my satisfaction. It's hard to find used car dealer ( or New ) that actually delivers what they promise , I can assure you this dealership is a CLASS ACT !! I buy and trade my cars in frequently , I can assure you my next purchase will be here !! More

What's worse than a root canal? Buying a car, obviously. Unless you go to Hyman Bros on West Broad St. Since Dec 21st, my wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Hyman Bros. Steve Sommers obviously. Unless you go to Hyman Bros on West Broad St. Since Dec 21st, my wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Hyman Bros. Steve Sommers was and will be our salesman for future purchases. Steve will do whatever is necessary to get you any vehicle you want to drive from their locations in Richmond. He will listen to your needs and accommodate you regardless of your situation. Gardner Quaintance, sales manager, made our purchases a pleasant experience. I have purchased numerous vehicles from dealers over the years and I can't think of a better buying experience from these two gentlemen. My last comment to future buyers; listen to Corey Axel, finance manager. I wanted nothing to do with an extended warranty on my Mercedes 350ML and blatantly told him so when we signed the papers. During the purchase of our second vehicle two weeks later I brought up the matter and finally LISTENED to him. In short, we asked to purchase a platinum warranty on our Mercedes and I'm glad we did. Steve, Gardner and Corey bent over backwards to accommodate us and made xxxx sure we were happy before we left. Go buy your new vehicles from Hyman Bros West Broad St. More

My wife and I were shopping for a new or used vehicle to replace our Ford Escape. We did some online work and found a fantastic Mercedes Benz ML 350 at Hyman Bros. I went in looking for my midlife crises car. I didn't need a car I wanted a dream. It took 2 visits and several texts to my son but Steve helped me along the way. My wife and I called Hyman Bros. to make sure the 2009 Ford Edge that we saw on the website was still for sale. Steven Sommers (our salesman) told us it was and we could come look at it. When we arrived Steve had brought the Edge up to the front so we didn't have to walk around the lot looking for it. It turned out that Steve was the person that had taken pictures of the Edge for the website and we let him know that he did a great job showing all the details of the Edge so we didn't get to Hyman Bros. and find out that it didn't have a option that we were looking for. He did a great job telling us the details of where the Edge came from and a few things that couldn't be seen on the website. We decided to take the car for a test drive and it ran perfectly. Wanting to "Sleep on it" he let us know that we could apply for a loan online at their website and if we needed anything else just call him. That night we decided to buy the 2009 Ford Edge so we applied online and thought we would call him the next morning when he got to work at 9am. Well at 8.55am he called to let us know that he got all the paperwork and wanted to know what time we wanted to come pick up our new Edge. I was trading in a car so he said just bring the title and they would take care of everything when we got there. We arrived at 3:30pm the Edge was up front cleaned and polished with a full tank of gas ready to go. It only took 30 min for them to appraise my car ( I got the price I wanted) and do all the loan paperwork and we were done. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and it made this car buying experience the best one I have ever had (and I have had over 25 in my lifetime). I recommend Hyman Bros. to everyone. More

I purshaced a car from Steve in late January,2013 nice car, Steve was Great, very helpful through out the whole experience. Price was fair, had the car shipped to me, and thats where the problem was, the car, Steve was Great, very helpful through out the whole experience. Price was fair, had the car shipped to me, and thats where the problem was, the shipping, they really need too screen the people they give your car too, my car arrived with numerous ploblems, after it finally got here. extra miles, damaged windshield, damaged wheel, damaged paint. Steve was as helpful as he could be, but it seemed the dealership didn't care about the problems. I would still recommend this dealer, just don't let them set up shipping............... More
