Steven was very easy to work with. When I stopped to look at a vehicle there was no pressure. My wife was not with me at the time, Steven said he would put a hold on the vehicle so I c When I stopped to look at a vehicle there was no pressure. My wife was not with me at the time, Steven said he would put a hold on the vehicle so I could go get my wife and bring her in. It was a 25 mile round trip. We are now customers and an owner of a vehicle we have been looking for, for quite a while. The only down side was we were there for almost 4 and a half hours, the paper work was terrible. The moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and was greeted right away. The buying portion went well except for: 1. a misunderstanding about military discount; and 2. after buying being told I have no greeted right away. The buying portion went well except for: 1. a misunderstanding about military discount; and 2. after buying being told I have no choice to add an app to my phone before leaving (this needs to be explained early in the process so as not to be surprised). Training is required to ensure each one understands how to connect phone to auto. It took two staff to connect mine. More
