I live an hour away and chose this dealership for my Lyriq. Unfortunately, every interaction after the sale has been a fiasco. At purchase, they didn’t include my key card. They ordered one, but I’ve Lyriq. Unfortunately, every interaction after the sale has been a fiasco. At purchase, they didn’t include my key card. They ordered one, but I’ve had to drive out here twice just to get it programmed. No one told me I needed both keys the first time, so that trip was wasted. They also said they would call me to reschedule, but a week later I had to call them myself. I was scheduled for my complimentary 7,500-mile service at 8:30 a.m. and ended up waiting for hours before my car was even touched. When I raised warranty concerns (the window module resetting, a rattle in the passenger speaker, and a crunching noise in the driver’s seat), I was told none of these could be looked at because they scheduled me on a Saturday and there are no EV technicians available on Saturdays. When I mentioned the BCM, the service advisor, Stuart, asked me, “who told you to ask this stuff?” which I found very dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, after having me there for 2 hours, the first thing I was told was that I had a $400 tire issue and would be charged a $150 diagnostic fee when I came back for the warranty concerns. That’s not a good way to treat a customer who came in for a complimentary service on a two-month-old Cadillac. Between the key card fiasco and this first service, I’ve spent 10+ hours sitting in this dealership with little to show for it. I want to be clear, I love the car. But this dealership has made ownership extremely frustrating. Poor communication, wasted trips, long waits, and dismissive service are not what I expected from Cadillac. I cannot recommend Cadillac of Murfreesboro for sales or service. More

Buyer beware is the most accurate phrase you can make about this dealership. I purchased a 2013 Cruze with 86k in March 2019. In mid-June, I noticed the coolant was low, so I brought it to Pep boys and they found the engine had an internal leak. So, within 3 months of ownership, I needed a new engine, new turbo, new intake manifold, new cat converter, and a few other repairs. The funny thing was, after the first two weeks my check engine light came on and GMC of Murfreesboro said they didn't see anything wrong. I find it hard to believe that $8,000 worth of repairs just magically appeared during 3 months and 9K miles of owning the car. I am writing this review now because I just got my car back. Thankfully I had the powertrain warranty so most of these repairs were covered. But I had to pay $1,275 for issues that weren’t on top the 2 months of rental car expenses. It seems abundantly clear GMC never properly inspected the car when they first acquired it, sold it to me, and when I brought it back. That’s 3 opportunities for them to see any type of issue. They (GMC) failed at every corner. I would expect this from a smaller dealership with less resources, but this is totally inexcusable. More

The promotion is up to $4000 over Kelley blue book for your trade. They pulled up Kelley blue book right in front of me and showed my trade being with $3,100, but told me my trade was only worth $3,000. When I asked what about the difference and the (Up to) value they said that is the best they can give for my trade. They said if I wanted do the BuyBack Billy deal I'd pay full price instead of the internet price for the vehicle. (Vehicle price was 32k but Online price was 28k) They try to get you by saying they are discounting the new vehicle instead of the giving up more for the trade in. They tell you the internet price for the vehicle is the sale price, and you can only pick 1 or the other. (Sale price or increase in Trade-in) This is the biggest rip off ever. Don't go in thinking they will give you more for your trade because it's a lie. Also when you call them out on the BuyBack Billy events page they block you and delete the comment! More
