They forgot to give me a mileage sticker after changing my oil, and did not reset it in the car. I also requested full synthetic oil (the same as I requested in previous oil changes and it was on the old my oil, and did not reset it in the car. I also requested full synthetic oil (the same as I requested in previous oil changes and it was on the old sticker), but they put in semi-synthetic oil. Then the service writer who was female told me it was the same and it didn’t make a difference. I asked about the oil change after receiving the bill as I noticed it was cheaper than past oil changes. My friend explained to the service writer that there was a difference between the oil types. I had to come back to get the sticker and to have them reset it in the car settings so I would know when my next oil change was due. The software downloads went well. More
