You quoted 2 pinhole leaks in 2 gaskets at $3,825. 54. There are no oil drips on the concrete where the van is always parked. There is barely any visible by the gaskets. You also quoted the need to diagnose why the left front wheel was not turning freely at the cost of $94.82. You told me that the caliper and brake were froze up on that wheel. No further need to diagnose. I got the brakes fixed elsewhere for nearly $300 less than your quote and the tire turns freely. No need to diagnose it. I feel like you are trying to frighten me into trading my reliable van in for a newer model. I can't afford that. And I think you were trying to take advantage of a woman who you think probably doesn't know anything about auto repairs. You picked the wrong woman. In the past you have treated me fairly. I trusted you. You lost my trust. You won't regain it anytime soon, probably never. More
