Ms Stoltenberg explained everything concerning the contract, and Timmy Torres was the 'best' in getting us thru the purchase. Was so nice to also meet Hoosiers that were there. Go IU!!!!! We also had our 15 month old daughter with us, and all of the employees would talk to her as they walked by. Just an added bonus when staff is friendly with children! Salesman was awesome but not finance person Timmy Torres was great. He did not pressure me as I have had in the past at other dealerships with being a female. I feel price for the car I wanted was fair, Mr. Torres could not have been nicer to deal with. But then it came to the finance part. I was told to take a seat in the waiting room and Mr. Pybas would be with me shortly. After setting there for an hour, I went looking for Mr. Torres. He asked Mr. Pybas how much longer and was told 5 minutes. After waiting another 20 minutes, I started to look for Mr. Torres again when Mr. Pybas saw me and said he was ready. What took so long. His printer was not working so he had been on the phone with the printer company for over an hour. Was not happy about having to wait. He was more concerned about his printer then taking care of a customer. There was another printer for him to use. More
