Horrible experience! After putting a deposit of $1000 for the new corvette zR1 in 2021, he informed me that despite being the first order in the file with a signed sales After putting a deposit of $1000 for the new corvette zR1 in 2021, he informed me that despite being the first order in the file with a signed sales order stating MSRP. I would not be getting the car at MSRP? He went on to say that I would be STEALING the car at MSRP! I showed him the dealer signed yellow tear sales order form and he said they should never have signed that? GM has been forceful with dealers about selling above MSRP, but clearly this dealer is ignoring that guidance given the above. This is now the ethics of this dealership and having bought 6 vehicles over 25 years , 2 Corvettes did not matter. So much for being a loyal customer to them. Needless to say, I will be buying my Corvettes going forward from Ciocca where MSRP is always in force. More

****WILL NEVER RETURN **** TOOK MY NEW 2022 SILVERADO TRUCK IN FOR A RECALL AND SCHEDULED MY SERVICE 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND WHEN I ARRIVED THEY NEVER ORDERED THE PARTS, I WAS SO MAD, THE UNDERWITER AND S TRUCK IN FOR A RECALL AND SCHEDULED MY SERVICE 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND WHEN I ARRIVED THEY NEVER ORDERED THE PARTS, I WAS SO MAD, THE UNDERWITER AND SERVICE MANAGER HAD NO EXPLANATION AND SAD IT WAS GM'S FAULT. I HAVE A LETTER FROM GM STATING THAT THE DEALER MUST ORDER THE CORRECT PASTS PRIOR TO SCHEDULING MY SERVICE APPOITMENT. I'M SELF EMPLOYED AND LOST A DAYS PAY BECAUSE I HAD TO CANCE MY WORK TO TAKE THE DAY OFF. I MADE A COPLAINT TO GM AND ASKED THAT THE DEALER CONTAC ME WITH AND EXPLANATION AND NEVER HAD A CALL FROM THEM, BESIDED THAT I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE MANAGER AND THE WRITER NEVER TO RETURN TO THE DEALERSHIP. ANYONE LOOKING FOR GM SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM SCHUMACHER CHEVY ( LITTLE FALLS NJ). More

Had a great experience here and with TJ, we have lots of Chevrolet dealerships closer to home, but I will always go here when looking to purchase a vehicle. We started at Hawthorne Chevy and just not gettin Chevrolet dealerships closer to home, but I will always go here when looking to purchase a vehicle. We started at Hawthorne Chevy and just not getting what I needed. Instead of trying to push a car on me, TJ listened to what I wanted and found me a car that fit my price range. I never felt pressured at any point, I felt super comfortable talking with him and asking questions. He has been patient and kind for the whole process and will definitely see him again for my next car. Even doing the final paperwork with Joe was a great experience, it went fast and he had me laughing the whole time. Woman at front desk was always a pleasure to deal with too.
