This is the second car and second time trading in my vehicle with this dealership. He is polite, easy to work with and so patient when trying to go through all the new technology on the new car. I have recommended this VW dealership to many. JJ was my salesman. He was respectful and knowledgeable regarding the automobile I was looking at.
