Since the first day of contact with Marcus and Talas, they stood out amongst many other dealers I've communicated with. We probably exchanged 10 emails and four phone calls on the first day. Marcus answe they stood out amongst many other dealers I've communicated with. We probably exchanged 10 emails and four phone calls on the first day. Marcus answered every question I had and if he didn't have the answer Talas did. They understood that I was shopping for the best deal, a car for myself, and the best trade-in number. I was in communication with four other dealers and these guys gave me the best trade number and reduced their vehicle more than others. It was an online deal and very fair for both of us. Never once was I pressured to commit and send a deposit and I also told them that I probably wasn't going to buy their vehicle.. yet they remained professional and courteous, so I chose these guys. Paul in finance was A1 to deal with as well. Crown is a top-notch operation. More

It is always great working with Jim, he has been fantastic in this wild Grenadier journey. I am very grateful for his dedication and support. He met me about 45 min from the dealership to take my Grenadier in for a tint and to get the checkerplates installed. The truck looks even more amazing now. Jim left me with a Grenadier loaner which was fun to drive. The service provided by him and the Crown team has been amazing. I’m very grateful to be working with Jim and the team. More
