I visited the lot twice to see cars I had found on their great website. When I saw the perfect car, I couldn't believe it. I went to the lot on my lunch hour, and picked up my fantastic new car after work! Talia, Alvaro, and Derrel were highly professional and really did their best to ensure I got the best deal, best financing, and best, beautifully detailed car. I highly recommend Toyota Marin. We test drove a car I really liked and went back and I was like I want this to be mine! She did everything, but unfortunately something went wrong. I was so upset, however Talia did everything she could And was DETERMINED to make sure I left happy!! We looked at other cars and the manager also helped out and I found thee PERFECT car for me!! She went through everything step by step did not leave any information out, answered all my questions and concerns if I had any . We were there for several hours but it was soooo worth it!!! She made my experience there one I will never forget and I’m So thankful I met her and she also still follows up with me to make sure everything is ok!! She is thee absolute BEST!!
