I purchased as car from 2020 Honda from Tamara, I test drove the car and it drove good. However, the car didn't just have minor damage to the door, the trunk is rattling and the whole car system was affec drove the car and it drove good. Disappointing when we did the test drive a week ago there was 2 issues one is lane departure malfunctioning and was smell they fixed the smell issue, by the time of purchasing salesperson told she will do ta was 2 issues one is lane departure malfunctioning and was smell they fixed the smell issue, by the time of purchasing salesperson told she will do take care of the issues now they said it was a sensor issue we cannot put our hand on it, also we didn't do any promise to fix the vehicle. It was not fixable they have to inform us we will not purchased the vehicle we will move to the other one. My concern is if you guys cannot fix the issue why you told the customer they will do take care of it. Anyway after the long discussion with them they said us today that is their last decision and they will not fix that issue and told by their manager that you have to fix that issue by your own. More
