Taking my vehicle to a tire shop after two patch jobs. I was willing to do a third but asked at what point will they just replace the tire since I pay monthly for warranty, they couldn't tell me. Then when trying to schedule a time I chose 30 minutes earlier than I was there the previous day and was told that wouldn't work. I had already taken off work early twice. I would think they would want to work with me being it was the third attempt. More

Each time I come in for service, something is forgotten. Communication is poor. I was told my brake pads need replaced. The paperwork showed “caution” but she crossed that out and wrote “red” to show urgenc Communication is poor. I was told my brake pads need replaced. The paperwork showed “caution” but she crossed that out and wrote “red” to show urgency. The male service advisor then tells me I need rotors. I asked why and his response was he always schedules rotors and brake pads just so new pads aren’t ruined by bad rotors. The technician did not indicate a need for any repairs other than brake pads. More
