I will now need to being my car in again tomorrow. This is a challenge as I am again left out a vehicle for a day! A recurring issue is the time I always wait to get my car after plying. It seems to always take 10 to 15 minutes after I pay for a runner to go over to the parking structure and come back with my car. It would be really great if it was already there or only took 5 minutes. More

My husband and I drove a total of 8 hours to get a great de You too can experience a fair, honest car buying experience at Luther Westside Volkswagon. My husband and I drove a total of 8 hours to get a great deal from a very professional salesperson, Helton Cerqueira. We arrived during rush hour late on a Friday afternoon. Helton knew what car we were looking for and he knew we were serious about purchasing. He had the car we were interested in cleaned up inside and out, filled with gas and ready to go in the event we would purchase it when we arrived. The entire experience took about 2 hours which included trading in our old vehicle. Helton's personal touch, professionalism, and knowledge of the product was extremely refreshing. Every phone call and email was returned in prompt fashion. We felt like we could go out for dinner and maybe for a bike ride with him one day if we lived closer - just an awesome guy who does his job extremely well. Next time you are in the mode to purchase or just test drive some vehicles, establish contact with Helton, he WILL treat your RIGHT! I won't go into detail (it's a long story), but Westside Volkswagon has really come through for me. Especially the General Manager, Steve. He took the time to listen to me, put himself in my shoes, and made a commitment to "right" an unfortunate situation - an unfortunate situation that was of no fault of the dealership or anyone working there. Steve pulled together a team of equally awesome individuals (Tami, Helton, Brian and Craig) to turn my very unfortunate situation into an exciting one. Each one of these employees displayed qualities of integrity, compassion and fairness. At no point in time did I feel like I was "on the other side of the table". And now, I'm the proud owner of a car that I'm head over heels in love with. Screaming "Thank you" to WESTSIDE VOLKSWAGEN for their amazing customer service. I am one happy girl!! xoxoxo More

Buying a vehicle can be an extremly stressful experience but at Luter Westside VW they made it easy by being informative and professional. My husband got the type of truck he had been wanting at a great price. The Salesman Steve was easy to talk to and had an answer for every question i had or found the answer within minutes. He had a great personality and took good care of us while waiting for all the financing to take place. The sales manager Tami was very friendly and kept checking on us to make sure we were being taken care of. Jason who helped us with financing was wonderful, he gave us some great advice when it came to financing and did an excellent job at up selling the extended warranty. When its my turn to get a new vehicle next year i will be going to this dealership first and I would send all my friends and Family to Luther Westside VW. Thanks for the great experience! More
