This is the largest dealership I've ever been in but they do a good job keeping it personal and friendly. Their prep of the car for test drive and amenities in dealership while you wait are better than any o do a good job keeping it personal and friendly. I am very happy with my 2023 Rav4 Adventure. Suni did whatever it took to make sure I was happy with the final price. One downfall was that we were at the dealership for 6 hours….
