They forced me to purchase an 1100 dollar part, used part of it to fix the problem and the rest of the part is still unused? Then did not want to take ownership of the product your under. The service was smooth and easy. I spoke with the man who suggested the type of new tires I needed for my car and he ordered them. I had scheduled an airbag recall appointment several weeks ago to ensure the parts were available. When I arrived at the dealership, I added an oil change onto my visit. After two hours of waiting, they weeks ago to ensure the parts were available. When I arrived at the dealership, I added an oil change onto my visit. After two hours of waiting, they completed the oil change, gave me a list of other recommended services needed totaling over $2,000 and then told me the recall part was not in and I would need to come back in 1-2 weeks. No one called me prior to my appointment to tell me the part was not in and the service representative did not inform me that the part was not in when I arrived at 8 am. This was a waste of my time and I was extremely frustrated with the lack of communication. I honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of. Very disappointing as we purchased our vehicle at this location in 2014 and have had service done there for years. After all of this I had to pay in full for the oil change (zero discounts offered). All I was offered was an apology. More
