Kia Bridgewater and Taylor consistently provide excellent service whenever I bring my car in. Whether I choose to wait in their comfortable waiting area or need other accommodations while my vehicle is being service whenever I bring my car in. The staff is friendly but it’s very disappointing to go in and get a lot of service done on your car and not one mention of applying an available coupon(s) to help the customer save money or to help offset in and get a lot of service done on your car and not one mention of applying an available coupon(s) to help the customer save money or to help offset the 3% credit card fee they pass along to their customers. Who carries that kind of cash around? Most people do not. I found out after my visit and accidentally that there were coupons they could’ve applied. But not one mention of it. This world has become too greedy and it’s sad that if you’re a loyal customer they don’t appreciate your loyalty to them. It’s disappointing. Im loyal to a business until I see they aren’t loyal to me and continue squeezing money wherever they can when times are tough. I don’t know if the service department gets a kickback on services they sell but that seems like a shady practice if so. If I don’t absolutely NEED something, please don’t push it. If it’s going to affect my ability to drive my car, yes, please tell me. More
