Absolutely the best new vehicle purchase. Teresa Hoffman was responsive, searched for the right color and features I wanted, provided me with a loaner until the vehicle arrived from the mfg. John Gregory helped me with warranty issues and Matt Laub was invaluable in the time he took 3 weeks later showing me all the features after I read the extensive manuals. I'm thrilled with the vehicle because of the quality and the attention to detail Teresa, Matt provided showing me the many features. They remain accessible to answer any questions after the purchase. I cannot express how much I appreciate their commitment to total customer satisfaction. More

Worked with a sales lady named Teresa. Totally felt like we were taking up her time. We took the car out for a test drive, came back and looked it over without her coming out to the vehicle and sharing mai we were taking up her time. We took the car out for a test drive, came back and looked it over without her coming out to the vehicle and sharing main points of interest about the vehicle. Went back inside to talk more about my trade in options and while taking care of us (mind you I made an appointment so this was supposed to be "my" time) she started helping another customer. So she was always "away" getting papers or having someone run numbers. Anyway...I don't beg people to take my money especially when you are talking new car dollars. Probably what baffles me even more is she never called me back to follow up!!! Hey Teresa....I love my new Subaru Crosstreck I got from the nice "Attentive" dealer at Germain Subaru just down the road!! 100% would recommend them. More

The lady in charge of the service department is not very approachable and does not seem to care about customers. I gave her two stars instead of one because she actually is very knowledgeable. However, it is deterring compared to Germain and Hatfield who make you feel taken care of and valued as a customer. More
