The dealer let me see the vehicle before detailing it for sale. Someone went home with the keys though. The next day I came back. All fluid levels were low and the Maint. fault lamp was lit. I could tell this thing had been left in the woods and abandoned for a good part of its life cycle so far. They listed 7 items of service work performed to make her ready for resale. Breaks were the first comment the salesman mentioned in a text. There was three nails found embedded in 3 different tires during test driving. No antenna for radio and in a text from Marc I was lead to falsely believe break services were done on the vehicle. Then a reinspection on them certified them to be only 20% worn down. The previous service report said they needed Immediate attention. Rust showing and growing in 3 places on the frame and a spring leave. It was not cleaned off but was body and frame undercoated to inhibit further rust? I asked the service mechanic to coat the underside bumper for rust there too. I have pics. Trade-in value sucked and I argued the price with the Sales manager Chris for a better deal there. Had to ask him for the antenna too. But then he puts a few dents in my rear chrome plated bumper with a hard rubber mallet checking it for rust flakes! I also found short white hairs still left in the vehicle everywhere from some animal that must have been living in the cabin too. The upholstery has been poorly cleaned and drivers seat cloth material is almost gone. Oh, a dehydrated palmetto bug comes flying out at me from one of the vent ports I'm adjusting next! You can tell they went into rush mode to get it ready for me with as little effort as possible on their end. I said please take your time and not to rush it or overlook something needing done. This vehicle is equipped with a tire inflation monitoring system. lt is acting up already from those nails I talked about, now all removed but with one plug needed. Someone collapsed the cabin roof in on the corner already too! I had to use suction cups to pull it back out. So keep your Grand Kids Off this Truck without a warning about that issue! Buying a used cars for me has always been like a trip to xxxx and back. It was time to wash rinse and repeat what happen to me in 2016! They sent me out with it on an empty gas tank too. It's a 20 gallon tank, $67.76 to fill it at $3.99/gal.I was also begging for a tow package kit installed on the bumper but the salesman never delivered on that item either. So in reflection I'm sure they got this as a trade-in like mine, gave them maybe $500.00-1000.00 in trade. I jumped on this sale the minute it was up for grabs, not waiting for markdowns. Yet I give them over $18,000.00 for it and now leave disappointed because of having to spend less time using it for fishing, until that's done next. The hot season coming soon. But I'm broke now. Your dealership didn't need all of that money back for profit did it? The bumper only needed the ball, eye bolts and the electrical hookup. Did they NOT GET ENOUGH MONEY from me already in this sale? Who is running this place Ebenezer Scrooge? More

It was great working with Jacob and purchase my vehicle through him. I am upset at the fact that this car was a smoker’s vehicle and that was not disclosed to me nor was it on the CARFAX. The detailers sho through him. I am upset at the fact that this car was a smoker’s vehicle and that was not disclosed to me nor was it on the CARFAX. The detailers should have picked up that instead of trying to cover it up with air fresheners. Especially as a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. My family noticed the smell as soon as I opened the door when I bought the car home. Really embarrassing I should have been more observant. Still waiting on my second key, but Jacob is keeping me updated. He’s doing a good job! Just don’t know if would trust recommending the dealership to family or friends and doing any future business.
