Had my car serviced on Saturday and was notified about a car issue, which I related to. The appointment was made for two days later and the issue was resolved in a couple hours. These guys know what they're car issue, which I related to. The appointment was made for two days later and the issue was resolved in a couple hours. These guys know what they're doing and help to identify early car issues before they become bigger problems. All the staff and advisors are helpful, very professional and a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend this dealer to my friends, family and coworkers. More

Service Department Saved my Family Vacation! While travelling with my wife and 3 children from Massachusetts to Florida, we had some car trouble. Towed to Shockley Honda late at night with no app While travelling with my wife and 3 children from Massachusetts to Florida, we had some car trouble. Towed to Shockley Honda late at night with no appointment obviously. Even though they had over 100 appt's the following morning they took car right in and got us taken car of within a few hours. Thanks to Terri our Service Advisor, Matt the Technician and Dave the Service Manager my family and I were able to continue on with our long road trip! Van has been running great ever since that visit. Great service!! State of the art facility! Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. More
