Mr. Capers (retired Lt. in the Navy for you military consumers) took great care of me from the moment we greeted one another and shook hands. Mr. Capers was very friendly, with a cordial welcome and he made me feel at ease during the process. It was important to me to have a sales representative who would be patient and listen to my car-purchase must haves, and he did just that! He listened and he assured me that all would be well from the test drive until he placed the keys to my new Lexus in my hand! It was fun to have conversation during the test drive and learn that we both served in the military and traveled to some of the same countries. He was a very astute observer, very sharp in his understanding of my concerns, and very knowledgeable about the Lexus of interest. It was an added bonus to have someone who has been in the car dealership business for some 19 years, which made the experience that much easier! Jim Hudson Lexus of Columbia really understand the military community as Mike, one of the finance officers, who assisted me with the sale, also has family in the military. I came in to Lexus for my regular normal service and left very blessed with another luxury upgrade! It just felt like home conversing with Terry, Mike, and Danhil! I have purchased three Lexus vehicles with Jim Hudson Lexus of Columbia and I have been very satisfied with each purchase, especially my most recent purchase! Thanks Lt.
