GREAT EXPERIENCE - BUY FROM TOM !! Tom Green is a great salesman! He made sure I got the truck i wanted and a really great deal. Even went so far as to have the seats changed out becaus Tom Green is a great salesman! He made sure I got the truck i wanted and a really great deal. Even went so far as to have the seats changed out because of an issue i have with my back. Went over and above to make sure i was happy with my truck! Also bought a SCAT BACK 6.4 Challenger from Tom and got a great deal there too!! Ask for Tom !! More

This place gives used car salesmen their bad reputation. I bought two new vehicles there and one used vehicle from Dodge of Burnsville. The last purchase was the used vehicle and Tom Green was the sales pers I bought two new vehicles there and one used vehicle from Dodge of Burnsville. The last purchase was the used vehicle and Tom Green was the sales person. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them again! My last experiences with them is what gives used car sales people a bad name. Lots of assurances made but none kept. Extra accessories added to purchase were offered "cost" but turned out to be MORE expensive than if I would have walked over to the parts counter and bought them myself. Promised some free items but never received. I also found a couple items defective on my vehicle that were faulty and I was told I would get a discount when I got them repaired. Guess what? I was forced to pay full price then a couple weeks later I got a coupon book in that mail that would have gotten me a $100 off that repair. Too late....Virtually impossible to get phone calls returned. I have tried to contact the several people at the dealership regarding my issues in person, over the phone, via email and the U.S. Mail and everything has been ignored. I have called them and send them many emails and even a letter to get them to stop sending me sales info but they just will not stop bugging me. Just tonight they called my home phone and I had to tell them again to remove my info from their contact list and to stop contacting me. They have made it quite clear they do not value their repeat customers and I have made it quite clear that I have no desire to do further business with them. Now I feel that I just need to share my experiences with other people. Ordinarily, I would just have just blamed the sales person and not the dealership, except that I talked to two managers there about my issues and they refused to do anything about the problems. I refuse to do business with someone who condones this behaviour and cares more about doing and saying what ever it takes to make a sale and cares nothing about customer service and satisfaction.
